I said after I leave, I just wont come back.Its always so loud, with the therapists all waiting around using their cell phones. They dont even massage they just vibrate.I told her about my experience and she asked if she should tell her supervisor. Except the pedi chairs were awful, so old and outdated. And they used to put warm mitts on your hands and feet while giving the facials.nothing. And the facial.I asked her for a support for under my knees and she said she left it at home. I felt like I was getting a massage by a cat! No pressure at all then she starting slapping my muscles and stretching my joints til I screamed. The massage therapists are horrible! I went two weeks ago for a massage, facial, mani/pedi. But people keep giving me gift cards here so I say what the s free.But seriously, I have NEVER had a good experience. I have been here at least 5 times and every time I go I say never again. Waste of Money – I am so sick of this place. And this you can believe is an honest review not writen by the spa owner or one of her employees Anyone who has ever been there knows the front desk staff is slooowwww and NOT very knowledgeable. I only go there to get my hair cut by my favorite stylist.
THE CONTOUR DAY SPA PROFESSIONAL
The owner is anything but professional as anyone who has ever complained to her would know. They are congregating out on the patio or near the stairs and just stare at you when you walk up the stairs like annoyed that their break time is over. There are 1 or 2 facialists and massage therapists that are really good but there is a lot of turnover which tells you that employees are not happy there. The spa is beautiful to look at but way overpriced. It is pretty obvious from reading the positive reviews that these are written by the spa employees, you can see the exact same review writen by different people, just cut and paste.
Let's be honest – Anyone who has ever really been to this spa knows the staff is not the friendliest or professional.
